Located in maintenance roughly between the Medbay and the Library, these two storage rooms form a rough duplicate of the Robotics Lab. Provided you can get your hands on enough materials, you are able to recreate any design on the Research Director's server that are compatible with your counterfeit exosuit fabricator. Remeber to update it often!
