TGMC:Queen
Introduction
The big bad, and the ruler of them all. The Queen is the single most important member of any hive, and the rest of your children's lives depend on you to stay alive. If you die, the xenomorphs you command will lose all direction and hope, as well as being unable to heal until a new drone steps up to take the throne. The decisions you make can make or break a hive as early as round start, so it's important you strive to achieve.
Chances are, you didn't want to be a Queen, and you're afraid of failure. Know that as long as you have practical knowledge of how xenomorphs play in the first place, then this guide will be able to get you out of the tight spot you're in.
The Basics
The job you've been handed is no easy feat. The first thing you'll notice is you have an abundance of abilities to use. The first and most important thing to do as the queen is find a safe place to nest, but don't take too long finding it! Spend some of your plasma making making nests. They don't need to be guarded to start, and you don't have to fortify them too heavily. Now, it's time to start laying eggs. You have an ability to Grow an Ovipositor. This is incredibly important as it provides eggs to infect hosts, and allows any burrowed larva to begin spawning. Before you oviposist, position yourself so there is a nest to your bottom right, bottom left, and bottom middle. After you've done this, use your Grow an Ovipositor ability. The reason for doing this is so that any hosts placed in the nests in front of you, you can not only grab and seal in the nests while laying eggs, but you can also reach to infect them. Even while you are laying eggs, you can place them without having to stop laying them. It's important to nest and infect hosts as soon as possible, so you can get more xenomorphs on your side. Numbers are everything, and you don't have much time to delay.

Once this is done, your job is already mostly finished! Order your xenomorphs to grab hosts and bring them to you so you can infect them. To infect a host, click on an egg with an empty hand, and then grab the facehugger. After doing this, click on the head of whatever host you are intending to infect. If there are no hosts to infect, you can place the facehugger back in the egg, as it will die from being exposed for too long. Facehuggers on top of empty eggs will automatically crawl back in, so don't fret.
Overwatch
Once you have drones placing down your eggs for you, you'll notice the overwatch feature. Through overwatch, you can assign hive leaders to carry pheromones, give xenomorphs plasma, heal xenomorphs, and be able to watch through their eyes as well as send them private orders. Early into the round, it is best to make a drone a leader and emit recovery pheromones for optimal hive building, and then change it to any of your more combative classes and emit warding or recovery. Frenzy may seem tempting, but its effects more often than not lead to xenos being killed instead of killing.
Combat
During combat, you are usually more useful ovi'd than actually fighting. Your remote healing as well as extended viewing range helps you give orders and co-ordination to your xenos, otherwise making sense of the usual mess of combat. If the marines do however begin to push too close to home, you have a few options while de-ovi'd. Your first option is your Screech, which is useful as an escape tool and a tool for signalling pushes. Your Screech has a long cool down, and must be used at close range for it to have any practical effects. Your second option is to Spit Corrosive Acid, which can be used at range.
Your claws should only be used when at a close range, but they carry incredible power. As the queen, you should always aim for the head, as you have one of the highest decapitation rates of any other xeno. Once combat draws to a close, be sure to slash dead marines to disable their lights, and melt any flares or light sources lying about after the battle.
