==Using MetaStation==
MetaStation is the default map and will always load whenever a map has not been pre-selected.  This really only applies to custom servers.
<br>Running MetaStation isn't too complicated, but does require recompiling the code. In future this may be easier, but for now:

MetaStation ran on Basil for a long time and has been tested extensively, being generally well received. It used to be largely maintained and updated by Metacide, though it uses the work of many others, and has been worked on by various other people who have updated and maintained the map over its history. MetaStation was added to the /tg/station codebase on Feb 4, 2015 after it's removal sometime prior. It has been maintained ever since. It was previously the default map on the /tg/ servers Badger and later Basil, and various edited versions have run on NoxStation, /vg/, and Paradise Station.
